Inncon will be flexible in negotiating and charging for business however we will insist on a written audit trail for all dealings and agreements. This may be headed stationery or a full contract depending upon the number of days and complexity of the agreed work.

A day is 8 hours for support contracts or a professional working day for Consultancy, Project Management and Transition Management. |

There is a minimum charge of half a day. Hourly rates will be charged as full hours. |

Payment is within 30 days and is acceptable by electronic transfer or company cheque supported via a purchase order and invoice process. |

Prices do not include VAT, excessive travel expenses and overnight stays. All expenses will be agreed prior to engagement. |
Charges
The initial meeting and feedback will be free of charge.

The day rate for Consultancy, Project Management and Transition Management will be between £650 and £1250 per day and is negotiable dependent upon the following factors: seniority of the Consultant, business sector, geographic range, length of assignment, contractual commitment, level of accountability, committed days and level of online and phone support. |

Charge rates for eCommerce will be £350 to £400 per day depending upon delivery factors as specified above. A support contract will be managed by a Service Level Agreement and charged to an agreed monthly or hourly rate. Ad hoc support will be to the above day rate or a lower more favourable rate for a commitment of days over an agreed period. |

Training and facilitation workshops will be charged at £1000 per single day, for no more than 10 people and will include preparation time and final report. Venue and facilities are not included. This charge is negotiable to meet specific Customer requirements. |

Fixed Price Consultancy Building Blocks to minimise the cost of Consulting for those elements of a project that have commonality. Each package is a fixed price which will be provided on request. Each package will contain the following and will be provided within 5 working days of receipt of payment, as an email attachment, disc or paper copy: |
